Valentine's Day / Valentin nap

These are my first Valentine related items this year, some Victoria sponge cakes with a twist: perfect heart shape cakes filled with raspberry jam, whipped cream and fresh raspberries, decorated with sugar hearts. 

This special one was made to Marlene's Fundraising Auction.

Marlene Buffington is an amazing woman, who had helped and helps many of us, she is founder of the cdhm.org (www.cdhm.org). Marlene fights her battle with cancer and now she needs our help to raise enough money to the treatments. You can join her 4th fundraising auction on the facebook.

Ezek az első Valentin napi apróságok, amiket idén készítettem. Néhány Viktóra torta  egy apró csavarral: tökéletes szív alakú sütik málnalekvárral, tejszínhabbal és friss málnával töltve, színes cukorszívekkel díszítve. 

Ez a "különleges" darab Marlene-nek készült.
